1. Ensure that you are signed out of your beIN SPORTS CONNECT account. Click on 'Login / Subscribe'.
   
    
2. Click on 'Email / Mobile number' to log in. 
   
    
3. Click 'Forgot your password'.
   
    
4. Enter your registered email or phone number and click 'Receive Help'.
   
    
5. Check your email  / phone for verification link / code.
6. Create a new password.

Mobile Apps

1. Ensure that you are signed out of your beIN SPORTS CONNECT account.
2. Tap on the Profile icon at bottom right corner. Tap on 'Sign up / Log in'.
   
    
3. Tap on 'Email / Mobile number' to log in.
4. Tap on 'Forgot your password?'.
   
    
5. Enter your registered email or phone number and click the arrow button.
   
    
6. Check your email  / phone for the |verifiation link / code.
7. Create a new password.

Recommended Password Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 characters
• A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
• At least one number
