You can update your payment method by following these steps, depending on the billing platform you subscribed to:

Credit Card / Web Browser

1. Log in to https://connect-nz.beinsports.com/
2. Click on 'My account'. Select 'My account' from the drop down menu.
   
   
3. Click 'Subscription & purchases'.
   
   
4. Select your current subscription.
5. Click ‘Edit Card Info’
   
   
   
6. Key in your new credit card information. A $1 authorisation hold would be charge to verify the new billing details. This hold is usually reversed within 5 days.

Google Play Subscriptions

To edit your payment method for a subscription made on the beIN SPORTS CONNECT Android mobile/TV app, go to the Google Play Store settings.
