It is common to accidentally create multiple accounts, especially when using different login methods across multiple devices. If you are being charged but cannot access your subscription, you may be logged into an account that is not linked to your active plan.
1. Check Your Login Method
Please note that signing in via a social provider (Google or Apple) creates a separate account from one created using an email and password - even if the email address is the same. Your subscription is only accessible through the specific method used at the time of purchase.
2. Verify Your Subscription Source
To find the correct account, first identify how you are being billed:
If billed via our Website:
Search your inboxes: Look for a subscription confirmation email
Account Recovery: Go to the login page and select "Forgot Password." Enter any email addresses you commonly use. If you receive a reset link, an account exists under that address.
If billed via App Stores (Apple App Store / Google Play):
Locate your Receipt: Check the email associated with your Apple ID or Google Play account for an official store receipt.
Verify the App Store ID: On your mobile device, go to Settings to see which Apple or Google ID is currently active.
The Linkage Rule: If you signed up through the app, your subscription is tied to the specific beIN SPORTS CONNECT account you were logged into at the moment of purchase.
Signs You Are on the Wrong Account
You are likely logged into a "duplicate" or "empty" account if:
The app prompts you to "Subscribe" or "Start Free Trial."
Your purchase history within the beIN SPORTS CONNECT app appears empty despite active charges on your bank statement.
