If you subscribed to beIN SPORTS CONNECT through the Apple App Store using your Apple ID, your payments are billed directly by Apple.
On your bank statement, these charges typically appear as “Apple.com/bill.”
To cancel an Apple in-app subscription, please follow the steps below.
Cancelling via iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap the Apple ID banner at the top of the screen.
- Tap 'Subscriptions'.
- Select your beIN subscription.
- Tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
- Follow the confirmation prompts to cancel the subscription.
Important Notes
Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
As Apple manages all billing and payments, beIN SPORTS CONNECT is unable to cancel or refund Apple in-app purchases on your behalf.
